Return & Refund Policy (Digital Products)

1. Digital Products Only

All products sold on testosteronetuning.com are digital products, including eBooks and online courses. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. No Returns for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, returns are not possible once delivery has started. Digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right expires once the delivery of digital content has started, provided that:

• You have given explicit consent to begin delivery immediately, and

• You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

By completing a purchase on testosteronetuning.com, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once access is provided.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in exceptional cases, such as:

• You did not receive access to the product within 2 business days and we are unable to resolve the issue.

• There is a technical defect that makes the product unusable and cannot be fixed within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds are not granted for:

• Change of mind

• Lack of expected results

• Failure to read the product description

• Incompatibility with personal devices, software, or preferences
