Standard delivery times:

All products sold in this webshop are digital products, including eBooks and online courses. No physical goods are shipped.

After successful payment, access to the purchased digital content will be provided as soon as possible. In most cases, access is granted directly. However, delivery may take up to 1–2 business days in certain situations.

• eBooks are delivered via a download link sent by email or made available in your customer account.

• Online courses are delivered through access to our online learning platform.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the delivery of digital content may begin immediately after payment.

As all products are delivered digitally, no shipping costs apply.
